It was just this past week that I finished your book during short camping trip in the mountains (The Psychopath Machine: A Story of Resistance and Survival)and so it has been of mind and it also brought back recollections. The recollections were mostly geographical as places you had been (Ontario and Vancouver) which synced with my sights and memories. There was also descriptions from what you saw in Central and South America: which attests to some of the historical background from other published works people have read - the horror of those times and places done by the usual suspects.
Other recollections were connected via my partner who grew up in and around the Sudbury area (with family near Oak Ridge geographically) and talked about the Italian families who ran the towns: this was also a point it seemed in reference to Sault Ste. Marie as you had explained. And then there were the 'Paperclip' inductees into Canada, and who knows were that goes...
The book also went in some unexpected directions from what was envisioned at the outset based on some subjects (hence Central and South America). There was High Strangeness (there are many posts on the Forum concerning these things, including as a subject from the Forums owners work ) - I'm thinking of the Vancouver apartment adjacent to Hy's (which I was very close to this spring without knowing that story and also back in 1978) and some other obvious places and situations.
One thing you brought up was Dr. Colin Ross, and as recalled, it seemed a passing reference (he perhaps offered testimony in the Class Action or at least there was rebuttal against him). Was curious about this. Dr. Ross was featured in a SOTT interview 'Behind the Headlines: Dr Colin Ross Interview - CIA Doctors and the Psychiatry Scam'back in 2013 (and he had been interviewed elsewhere).
It goes without direct reference that obviously you had an inside look at psychopathy: mostly the unsuccessful types, yet not exclusively, and wondered if you had ever read the work by Andrew M. Lobaczewski 'Political Ponerology: A Science of Evil Applied for Political Purposes' very much featured on this Forum and on SOTT? If not, it might be something to consider or not to consider - just mentioning it. Many of the reference in the Class Action documents bring up people like Robert Hare (UBC), and Hervey Cleckley. who are also brought up often here.
Anyway, that is some story you told of your situations(s), places, times, actions and people and why your wrote the book - glad you did.

I haven't been here for a long time.
I hope I can bring this conversation back to life.
There have been some new developments.. Some I can't talk about just yet because of contract agreements but there will be a press release soon.
After publishing my book I was contacted by a lot of people with information about Oak Ridge.
The most disturbing thing .. There was a parallel program at a nearby women's institution.
All the same torture with exotic drugs, Naked encounters, restraints made from seat belt material and pad locks.
here is the most disturbing part..
It was set up by at least four Oak Ridge patients I have so far documented.
All four were violent sexual predators.. convicted of rape.
They were sent to this hospital to live on the women's ward and run the program.
I have adoption papers from one pregnancy that resulted.

Poked around a little and there are a number of institutions listed, generally east of Toronto including up at Thunder Bay. Out in Saskatchewan, much earlier at Weyburn Mental Hospital, "IN THE 1950s, Saskatchewan—particularly the small southeastern community of Weyburn—was a hotbed of hallucinogenic drug research."

Another of these men got one of the women pregnant .. They actually started a relationship inside the hospital. They wanted to keep the baby and have a life together.
I have hand written letters between them.
They separated them, sent the man to Kingston prison and forced the woman to have the baby adopted.. I have the papers .
Then they illegally transferred this guy to a prison in America.
It was the first year of the US Canada prisoner exchange treaty. Canada broke the treaty.
I have sworn evidence and a letter from a US Magistrate confirming this.
And a cassette tape dated 1979 ..sworn testimony in front of this magistrate
He was then transferred to Ft. Mccoy in Wisconsin to use the skills acquired at Oak Ridge and St. Thomas .
This was 1980 the Mariel boatlift and Cuban refugees.
Many of those were mental patients kicked out of Cuba by Castro.
All this was a CIA operation..
