What I noticed when trying to donate first through paypal then through debit or credit card is that it says in red letters: "donations to this recepient are not supported in this country", while in prior months it was normal, but managed it through stripe on sott.net although there also I could not through paypal, do not know how it is in other countries but it seems they are trying to cut funds in a way.
